Just a few weeks ago, various Custom ROMS got the bumped up to Android Version 2.3.3. Perhaps the most exciting news of Andorid 2.3.3 was found after users installed the Honeycomb Music App. After users installed this app they noticed the option to ‘Sync Music’ in the ‘Accounts & Settings’ menu in the system settings. After a few days of trial and error some users were able to stream music from their very own music library, a feature that was introduced last year at Google I/O. Today we are getting information that Google Music has started being tested internally, a process commonly called dog-fooding over at El Goog. It seems like after nearly a year of waiting, the service is finally near public release.
